    The call

    A person answers

    • We ask what happened, when, and whether everyone is safe.
    • We tell you what to shut off and what to leave alone.
    • A crew is dispatched when the situation needs one.
  2. 2

    First visit

    Stop it spreading

    • Hazard check: electrical, gas, structural, contamination.
    • Find and confirm the source.
    • Extract water, board up or tarp, set containment.
    • Photograph and measure everything before it is disturbed.
  3. 3

    First days

    Remove, clean and dry

    • Materials that cannot be saved are removed.
    • Surfaces are cleaned and, where needed, disinfected.
    • Drying equipment runs continuously and readings are logged at each visit.
    • You get an update each time we attend.
  4. 4

    Once dry

    Scope and approval

    • Submitted to your adjuster on an insured loss.
    • Upgrades you want are priced separately.
