Make people safe
Get everyone away from standing water near electricity, sewage, smoke and sagging ceilings. If there is fire, gas or sparking, leave and call 911.
Stop the source
Shut the main water valve for a plumbing leak. Switch off power to wet areas only if you can reach the panel from a dry spot.
Record it
Take photos and video of every affected room before moving or discarding anything. Your insurer will ask for them.
What happens after you call
- 01
You call
A person answers, day or night. We ask what happened, whether everyone is safe and what to shut off while you wait.
- 02
We arrive and assess
We stop the damage spreading, check for hazards and measure how far water, smoke or mold has reached.
- 03
We clean up and dry
Extraction, removal of what cannot be saved, cleaning and monitored drying, with photos and readings recorded throughout.
- 04
We rebuild
The same team reinstates walls, floors and finishes, working from the documented scope your insurer has seen.
Common questions
What counts as an emergency?
Anything getting worse while you wait: water still entering or spreading, sewage in the home, a building open to the weather after a fire or storm, or a safety risk to the people inside.
Is there an extra charge for nights and weekends?
Ask when you call and we will tell you before a crew is sent. On insured losses, emergency response is normally part of the claim.
What should I have ready when I call?
The address, what happened and when, whether the water or power is off, and whether anyone in the home is vulnerable. If you have your insurance policy number handy, that helps but is not needed to start.
I rent. Who should call?
Call your landlord or property manager straight away, and call us if you cannot reach them and damage is spreading. The building is the owner's responsibility. Your own belongings fall under your tenant insurance.
Damage does not wait for business hours. Neither do we.
Call any time. If you would prefer we call you, request a callback.
