What we collect

When you submit the callback form we collect your name, phone number and the description you give us, along with the page you sent it from. If you call or email, we receive the information you choose to share.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to your request, to provide and document restoration services, and to communicate with you and, with your consent, your insurer about your job. We do not sell personal information.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with:

• Vercel, which hosts this website.
• Resend, which delivers callback form submissions to our inbox.
• Your insurer or adjuster, where you have asked us to work on a claim.

Vercel and Resend may store or process information on servers outside Canada, including in the United States, where it is subject to the laws of that country.

Analytics

This site does not currently use analytics or advertising trackers, and it sets no tracking cookies. If that changes, the tools in use will be named here before they are switched on.

Keeping and protecting information

We keep job records for as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal and insurance requirements, and take reasonable steps to protect them.

Your rights

Under Canadian privacy law you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and withdraw your consent to our using it.
